You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear on soles or uppers
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Items must be free from odors, stains, or damage
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Underwear, socks, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

How to Return Items

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  • Step 3: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Step 4: Package items securely with RMA number clearly marked
  • Step 5: Ship to the provided return address
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on your statement.

Refund Amount:

We will refund the full purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • Contact us if you need assistance with sizing or availability

This ensures faster processing and guarantees availability of your preferred item.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Manufacturing defects discovered within 6 months of purchase are covered under our quality guarantee.

International Returns

For international customers:

  • Same 30-day return period applies
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees
  • Items must be declared accurately for customs
  • Processing may take additional time due to customs clearance
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency minus any conversion fees
